The Northern California Area is dedicated to making the New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA) accessible to all men.
Urban Gateway NWTA; May 15-17, 2020 
This weekend is for men that fall into at least one, if not two of the following demographics:
- Inner City Men.
- Non-Caucasian Men.
- Men of extreme financial need.
- Previously Incarcerated Men.
- Men who identify with the above.

This weekend is designed for men who fall into one or more of the following categories:
- Gay
- Bi
- Transgender
- Questioning
